Lower School
(Grades Pre-K - 5)

Our goal in the Lower School is to open a new world of learning for our youngest Scots while contributing to each child's social and emotional growth. We strive to provide learning experiences for our early childhood and elementary level students that combine a sense of community, trust, and friendships while igniting their interest and curiosity in the world around them. We provide two experienced teachers in each classroom as well as specialists in areas such as performing arts, technology, mathematics, science, and world languages. Lower School students participate in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), which focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer – in the classroom and the world outside.

Our goal in the Middle School is to create for our students an exciting three-year journey from dependence to independence. Dynamic, student-centered learning experiences are hallmarks of our program, and include opportunities to collaborate, be creative, think critically, problem-solve, and develop authentic solutions to real-world problems. Middle School students participate in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), an academic framework that encourages students to embrace and understand the connections between traditional subjects and the real world and to become analytical and reflective thinkers.

Middle School
(Grades 6 - 8)

Upper School
(Grades 9 - 12)

Our goal in High School is to prepare our students for success in college and in life. Our Upper School students benefit from an extensive and academically rigorous array of course offerings. In addition to the Honors Program, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB), we provide opportunities for notable co-curricular offerings such as Engineering, Robotics, Media Arts, and Entrepreneurial Studies bridging subject areas like math, science, and art.
